Each box is different, so you wont get the same book twice.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Spine and Leaf products. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns.
Books Boxes - Because each box is carefully curated and often includes limited edition items, we are unable to accept returns once a box has shipped.
Damaged or Missing Items - If anything arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@spineandleaf.ca. We will be happy to replace the item or provide an alternate solution.
Merch and Single Books order - May be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Our promise - At Spine and Leaf, every box is packed with care, joy, and a little bookish magic. If something ever feels less than wonderful, do not worry, We always do our best to make it right, Your happiness matters most, and we want every unboxing to feel like a cozy, exciting adventure you can't wait to dive into.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale since each box is carefully curated, but we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us directly within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Every box we send like a little adventure waiting to arrive at your doorstep.
Processing time: our team of book loving elves carefully prepare your order within 2-3 business days.
Shipping time: Once it is on it's way, your package will usually reach you within 5-10 business days depending on where you live.
Tracking: The moment your box takes flight, you will receive a magical tracking number to follow its journey until it lands safely in your hands.
